This coffee comes from women producers in Huila who are part of Terra Verde, a program created by SAS to help small scale farmers elevate quality and gain stronger access to market. These growers tend their farms in the hills of Pitalito, Oporapa, and Saladoblanco at 1700 to 1950 masl where Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties thrive in clay rich soils.Each harvest is carefully washed, fermented with intention, and dried in solar covered structures that protect the coffee and bring out its natural sweetness and clarity. The result is a vibrant and well rounded Colombian cup that feels at home across many roast levels and brew methods.
