San Diego resident and coffee enthusiast, Marlette Vater, brings over six years of roasting expertise to Marlette’s Coffee Co. She hand-roasts (and sometimes hand-delivers!) your coffee, offering a personal touch you won’t find elsewhere. As one of the few certified Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) roasters in San Diego, your beans are prepared with expert knowledge and care.
