Finca Los Amigos is a family farm run by David Lopez in the highlands of western Honduras. At roughly 1,500 meters, the cooler climate produces dense Lempira beans with lively acidity and a naturally sweet structure. Careful hand picking and small batch processing keep the focus on clarity and balance.

This micro lot was processed with a 48 hour orange co ferment. The addition of orange fruit material shapes the fermentation in a way that lifts brightness, adds gentle sweetness, and brings out a clean, aromatic character in the cup. Slow drying preserves nuance and keeps the profile light and expressive.
