Bali Kintamani Highlands

This fresh lot of Bali Kintamani Natural comes from family farms in the Kintamani Highlands of Central Bali, where coffee is grown in volcanic soil near Mount Agung and organized through the traditional Subak Abian farming structure. It is a continuation of a coffee we recently offered, sourced from the same producer group, but from a new lot with its own expression.

The cherries are dried whole on raised beds using a full natural process, a method that brings out the fruit forward side of Bali while still holding onto the depth, body, and grounding character we love from Indonesian coffees. The result is a bold and expressive cup with rounded sweetness, layered fruit character, and a satisfying bittersweet finish.

This coffee is especially enjoyable at light to medium roasts, where the natural process and high elevation clarity can shine, but it also has enough structure to handle a slightly deeper roast for those who prefer more body. It works beautifully as a filter coffee, pour over, drip, French press, or a lively single origin espresso.
