Brazil Cerrado
Whole Bean Coffee
$21.00 – $33.00Price range: $21.00 through $33.00
Grown by smallholder farmers in Brazil’s Cerrado region of Minas Gerais, this natural-process coffee reflects the smooth, comforting character that has made the region so popular. Cerrado’s distinct wet and dry seasons, abundant sunlight, and relatively level terrain create dependable growing and harvesting conditions. The cherries are allowed additional time to dry on the tree, concentrating their natural sweetness with minimal fermentation.
The result is a balanced, approachable coffee with a rounded body and mild acidity. It is especially satisfying at medium and darker roast levels, where its richness and sweetness become more pronounced, but it remains versatile across roast styles and brewing methods. An excellent choice for anyone looking for an easygoing everyday cup.Tasting Notes
