This organic coffee comes from Finca Churupampa Cooperative in Cajamarca, Peru. Founded by the Tocto Bermeo family in 2011, Churupampa works with more than 300 farming families in the Chirinos region, supporting coffee quality and the livelihoods of its members. Grown at 1500 to 1750 meters, this washed lot brings together Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra varieties, with medium body and balanced acidity.A light to medium roast is a suggested starting point for exploring its character, with room to develop the roast to your own taste.
