Welcome to Marlette’s Coffee Company. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Orders and Fulfillment

We roast coffee to order and work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Roast, packing, shipping, and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on volume, product availability, weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the delivery frequency you choose until the subscription is skipped, paused, canceled, or otherwise ended.

  • Subscription charges recur automatically based on your selected schedule.
  • Subscription pricing, shipping charges, product selection, and related benefits may change from time to time. Any changes will apply to future renewals only.
  • You may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription through your account page or by contacting Marlette’s Coffee Company before the next renewal is processed.
  • If a renewal order has already been processed, roasted, prepared, or shipped, we may be unable to stop that order.
  • We may substitute a comparable coffee when needed due to availability, seasonality, or sourcing changes.

Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@marlettescoffee.com. Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We may offer a refund, replacement, or exchange at no additional cost.

Returns of Unused, Non-Defective Items

We accept returns of unopened, unused coffee products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original sealed packaging.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • We do not charge restocking fees.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email support@marlettescoffee.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We will reply with next steps.

Cancellations

Because coffee is roasted specifically for you, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or roasted. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at support@marlettescoffee.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping and Delivery Issues

Once an order leaves our facility, carrier delays and delivery issues are outside our direct control. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Marlette’s Coffee Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, violate applicable laws, or use the website in a way that could harm Marlette’s Coffee Company or other users.

User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, images, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
