We roast all subscription orders every Wednesday. We strive to ship or deliver all subscription orders within one business day of roasting. If you subscribe on a Wednesday, your first roast will be the following Wednesday.

We rotate in a new coffee every four weeks. If you have multiple deliveries during that period, you’ll receive the same coffee each time until the next one is introduced.

No. There are no long term commitments or cancellation fees. You can pause or cancel anytime. Our goal is to keep your subscription simple and stress free.

Yes. Simply increase the quantity before checkout. For example, selecting a quantity of 2 with a weekly schedule means you’ll receive 2 bags every week.

If you need coffee right away, you can place a separate à la carte order from our Shop and it will enter our roasting queue immediately.

Yes! Subscribers earn 10 reward points for every $1 spent. Points can be used on à la carte purchases, gift cards, and more.

You can modify, pause or cancel your subscription anytime including changing between subscription plans. Simply manage your subscription from your account page, or reach out to us and we’re happy to help.
